Road development
of a country may be restricted for the geographical feature
of the country surrounding with mountains. It creates traffic
jam, reduce speed and passengers' comfortability, increase
traffic accident, and further increase time to destination.
Japan is a country with lands 70% covered by mountains. In
the recent years, we have overcome difficulties introducing
tunnel with keeping geographical nature as it is.
DAINICHI's experts are using latest technology experienced
both in conventional tunneling methods and TBM (Tunnel Bore
Machine) excavation including FEM analysis. In addition, our
services include design of all tunnel ventilation requirements
as well as electrical, mechanical, and safety-related installations.
Our tunnel division has the recognition for its excellent
works in design.
DAINICHI maintains the tunnel design and construction concerning
to the environment, cost reduction, and on site user request.
We are registered with ISO14001 in 1999 and ISO9001 in 1998
for our high quality services and environment friendly design
keeping in mind. Our innovation and success were forwarded
us in awarding the prize of excellence by Japan Highway Public
Corporation (JH) for low cost design of Takeuchi tunnel of
the Minami-Hanna Highway in Nara prefecture, Japan in 1996.
